Arm Balances can be approached progressively in a fun way.

In this workshop we will explore different tools we can use to develop strength and awareness to balance in our arms in different ways.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. All exercises will be adapted to individual needs.

Back bending Workshop

Backbendings can be approached gently and with patience. This is what this workshop aims for.
Starting from the most simple and therapeutic poses we will discover different ways of bending our backs slowly and gently.

From there, we will move on, step by step towards establishing a sustainable approach to backbending. 
This workshop is suitable for everyone, all the exercises can be adapted to the practitioners' individual needs.

Transitions Workshop

22.05.2022

12:00 to 14:30 hrs

Transitions can be fun, starting with easy walks towards joyful hopping, we may end up jumping and flying!

In this workshop we will approach the manifold ways of transitions between Yoga asanas (jump back, jump through, etc).
Starting with building awareness of our body and every excercise into steps, we will approach the transitions with attention to technical details and individual needs.

This workshop is suitable for everyone. All the excersices can be adapted to the practitioner's individual needs.
